Functions of Board of Directors

 

Board of Directors is responsible for strategic management of the company. It decides the governance model as well as the operating principles. The Board collectively is responsible for the following

 

Ø      Ensuring that the company is complying with ethical and legal responsibilities

Ø      Ensuring that the company is submitting financial reports to government bodies with full integrity and on time

Ø      Risk Management

Ø      Strategic and Financial planning for long term success

Ø      Providing technical leadership

 

Board Members

 

Current board size is 2. It is decided internally that the board shall never exceed 6 people.
