We have researched and developed a new Requirements Capture Language (abbreviated as RCL) that would facilitate automatic estimation calculation

We are developing a new Requirements Capture Language (abbreviated as RCL) that would facilitate automatic software size calculation. The basic philosophy behind RCL is published in this article on 'hubpages'.

Somewhat detailed RCL Tutorial is present at the link, here.

An early release of the tool is present at the link below. Please explore its features and provide us your feedback at 'feedback@econcinnity.com'. It facilitates capturing business processes, events, users and the premises where the processes are running at a higher level. Drill down feature enables registry of lower level details as well. Once the capture is complete, user may see the dissection of RCL elements as Function Points.

RCL project is approved by IEEE standards board for further standardization via PAR P1805 that can be downloaded from the pages below.

Please email us at 'support@econcinnity.com' if you are unable to download the file. We shall forward a copy of PAR for your review.

We are currently developing a working group to grow the RCL specs. Please contact support email address above if you are interested to join in the effort.
